We get it! Some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may be entitled to a refund. To obtain a refund please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order must be sent back to us within 21 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us.
In order for us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:
Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?
We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item?ilovgivingback.com does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order
I received a wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund?
If you received a wrong item we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
